1. Where We Ship

We ship anywhere within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Note: We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order leaves our San Diego warehouse.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Orders $75+: Free standard shipping!
  • Orders < $75:
    • Standard: Calculated based on weight/destination (shown at checkout).
    • Expedited: Flat rate of $9.99.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include tracking. Check your shipping confirmation email for a live link.

6. Address & Order Changes

  • Double-check your address! We can’t modify addresses after an order ships.
  • Need to cancel/edit? Email us or chat within our agent on the website within 1 hour of ordering. We’ll try our best!

7. Lost or Damaged Packages?

  • Lost by carrier? We’ll replace or refund at no cost.
  • Damaged items? Email photos to [[email protected]] within 7 days of delivery for a replacement/refund.

8. Holidays & Delays

Processing/shipping pauses on:

  • New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

    Delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday).
