1. Returns & Exchanges Window
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Exceptions:
- Beauty products must be unopened and sealed (for hygiene and safety).
- Clothing must have original tags attached and be unworn/unwashed.
2. How to Start a Return/Exchange

4. Refund Timing
- Once we receive your return:

- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 days of receiving your return.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- You pay return shipping unless:
- We sent the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged/defective.
- Tip: Use a trackable shipping method! We’re not responsible for lost returns.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety, we cannot accept:
- Opened or used beauty products (e.g., skincare, makeup).
- Clothing without tags or with signs of wear.
- Swimwear, underwear, or pierced jewelry (unless defective).
7. Exchanges
- Available for size/color swaps (if stock allows).
- We’ll email a prepaid label if the exchange is due to our error.
