1. Returns & Exchanges Window

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Exceptions:
    • Beauty products must be unopened and sealed (for hygiene and safety).
    • Clothing must have original tags attached and be unworn/unwashed.

2. How to Start a Return/Exchange

  2. We’ll email you a return authorization (RA) form and instructions.
  3. Ship items back with the RA form included.

4. Refund Timing

  • Once we receive your return:
    • Refunds: Processed in 3–5 business days (allow 5–10 days for your bank to post it).
    • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 days of receiving your return.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • You pay return shipping unless:
    • We sent the wrong item.
    • The item arrived damaged/defective.
  • Tip: Use a trackable shipping method! We’re not responsible for lost returns.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety, we cannot accept:

  • Opened or used beauty products (e.g., skincare, makeup).
  • Clothing without tags or with signs of wear.
  • Swimwear, underwear, or pierced jewelry (unless defective).

7. Exchanges

  • Available for size/color swaps (if stock allows).
  • We’ll email a prepaid label if the exchange is due to our error.
